LiveStrong at the YMCA is a FREE physical and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors to achieve their holistic health goals by supporting and guiding cancer survivors and their families. The Y offers a wide variety of prgrams in addition to Cancer Survivorship programs to support those seeking to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Certified instructors will guide participants through a 12 week session, starting Sept 16, 2013, that meets 2 times per week at the YMCA.
Advanced registration is required by September 9, 2013. Enroll by contacting Wendy Staven, at staven@swcymca.org or 715.887.3240.
