Adult Literacy Tutor Training

The Central Wisconsin Literacy Council (CWLC) is offering Tutor Training for
adults interested in helping other adults improve their English skills.
CWLC helps local adults develop the English skills necessary to complete
education, secure employment and live independently.
No teaching experience is necessary. We share with you some best practices
and numerous resources to help you help others.
Anyone with at least a high school diploma who is at least 21 years old may
help.
CWLC especially needs Tutors for reading, math, and basic computer skills.
Tutors are asked to provide at least one hour per week to help other adults.
Light snacks will be provided.
